Teen and Adult Class (Ages 14+) Tuesday and Thursday
This class is a great way to relieve stress after a long workday. Techniques from Eskrima and Kenpo Karate are taught to build Self Protection skills and Confidence. This class also includes the Kickboxing Class to be used as a warm up and an optional Kata/Forms Class on Monday Nights at 6:30PM!
Fitness Kickboxing (Ages 14+) Monday and Wednesday 7PM
These classes are a "Go At Your Own Pace" fun way to relieve stress, get in shape, and have a good time. Students can work on their Cardio, Strength Training, and Self Confidence.
Jiu Jitsu (Age 14+) Tuesday and Thursday at 11AM or 8:30PM
For those of you who prefer grappling rather than striking or those who want to round out the self protection skills learned in the Teen/Adults class with grappling. A Gi (traditional uniform) is required for this class if you plan to test for rank, if not a long sleeved rash guard or sweatshirt and long pants are required.
