Teen and Adult Class (Ages 14+) Tuesday and Thursday 7:30PM
This class is a great way to relieve stress after a long workday. Techniques from Eskrima and Kenpo Karate are taught to build Self Protection skills and Confidence. This class also includes the Kickboxing Class to be used as a warm up and an optional Kata/Forms Class on Monday Nights at 6:30PM!
Kickboxing (Ages 14+) Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45PM
Friday at 5PM
These classes are a "Go At Your Own Pace" fun way to relieve stress, get in shape, and have a good time. Students can work on their Cardio, Strength Training, and Self Confidence.
Jiu Jitsu (Age 14+) Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30PM
For those of you who prefer grappling rather than striking or those who want to round out the self protection skills learned in the Teen/Adults class with grappling. A Gi (traditional uniform) is required for this class if you plan to test for rank, if not a long sleeved rash guard or sweatshirt and long pants are required.
Tai Chi (Ages 13+) Wednesday at 7PM
Instruction in Northern Wu Style Tai Chi offers a low impact path to improve physical and mental health through traditional Chinese Internal Martial Art Training.
Morning Jiu Jitsu and Karate Classes are available call for days and times!!
Kata Monday at 6:30PM
This class teaches the traditional formal exercises for promotions. Required training for those who wish to earn a Black Belt with the Kanji embroidery.
Kobudo (Approval Needed)Monday at 7:30PM
This class is dedicated to the study of ancient weaponry of Okinawa. Various tools such as the Rokushaku Bo, Sai, Tunfa, Kama, and Nunchaku, as well as many others will be covered through the practice of Kata associated with each weapon as well as the study of the Fighting Applications of the movements in each Kata.
